Q.) Why are you offering free listings?

A.) Our initial focus is on building the database of agents who sell long term care insurance to aid the consumer looking for information or a policy. The free listings will help us do just that and it gives you a free marketing opportunity.

Q.) How will you make money at such a low cost?

A.) There is much value in our marketing packages and we believe that a majority of agents will seize the opportunities that are offered. Nowhere in the industry is so much offered at such prices and we have some exclusive ideas and useful programs in our members section that can help you as our membership grows. In addition, we are organized in an efficient system which helps to keep our expenses low. We also design websites and program databases. This site is not the only source of our income. Therefore, we can offer you these low prices.

Q.) What's the catch?

A.) We have 2 goals for our website.

1. We want to build the largest database of long term care agents. It's FREE!
2. We want to offer long term care agents as much as possible in terms of marketing ideas, utilities and tools at minimal cost. There is no reason long term care agents need to pay high costs for online marketing tools. We believe that if you are a long term care agent, we are the best place to go for the tools you need. Q.) If I purchase one of your memberships, do I have to pay for a listing as well?

A.) No. Paying memberships come with a free listing. You are either paying for a listing enhancement or a membership into our marketing area (which includes a professional website and a free enhanced listing).

Q.) Can I expect leads from the directory?

A.) Our newsletters will be sent to millions of consumers across the nation. If you are not listed in our directory either free, or enhanced, you have no chance to receive any requests from prospects. Although we will be marketing the website in different ways, obviously we can not guarantee any leads. Howver, our membership area can be utilized help you to increase your sales and your marketability. Learn from others, share ideas, increase your sales and find out what works for you. This site is the place where agents can work together, formulate partnerships and streamline their marketing and sales platforms.

Q.) I already have a website and want to purchase the platinum membership for its benefits. Do I have to set up the website if I do not want to do so?

A.) No. You do not have to set-up the website on any of our packages. However, we do recommend utilizing our exceptional website for marketing. Also, if you do not want to set-up your listing on our directory and just want the website and marketing features in the member area, that can be arranged as well.

Q.) I am paying $45 per month for my current long term care website and I can not understand why yours are so inexpensive and yet includes so many more features than I have. Is there something I don't know?

A.) We wanted our members to get the very best for their money. Period. We believe we accomplished this task and if you find a better deal, we'd like to know about it! Do you realize that you are paying $540 per year for a website? You can choose our premium package which includes all features and the membership area and STILL save money!

Q.) If I want to replace my website with the one you offer, how do I go about doing so?

A.) It's an easy process to replace your website.

1. Purchase one of our website packages.
2. We will set-up your website within 2-4 business days.
3. If you have your own domain name (www.name.com), we will let you know what changes need to be made, or we can make them for you. You will need to provide us with the username and password for the domain name account.
4. It usually takes about another 24-48 hours for the settings in your domain name to take place.
5. Cancel your other website.

Q.) There is only one platinum membership per zip code. Does that include the additional zip codes as well?

A.) Yes. There will be only one platinum membership allowed per zip code. This will include the 5 zip codes that you choose when subscribing to the platinum membership. No other agent in those zip codes will have a premium listing. If a zip code is taken for the Platinum membership, you can request that we reserve you on the list for particular zip codes in the event a platinum member wishes not to renew their membership.

Q.) Do I need to add my photo?

A.) A photo is not required.

Q.) So, with every membership you receive a free directory listing and you send out emails each month to market the directory?

A.) Yes. The directory is a "freebie" for our members. Everything that we offer in our paying packages is designed to help you prospect more effectively and increase your long term care sales. Our goal for the membership area is to offer agents an exclusive setting to share ideas, find discount offers and learn from other successful long term care agents.

Q.) If I join the Bronze instead of the Gold, do I still access the member's section?

A.) No. Bronze members do not have access to the members area. Gold and Platinum members have access to the members section including:

Q.) When will you begin sending the newsletters?

A.) The newsletters are sent out for states that have agents listed. If there are no paying members in a particular state or area, we may postpone sending the newsletters for that area until we have enough free listings or a paying member listed.

Q.) Why should I join the members section?

A.) Where can you go to find lead discounts, lead program ratings, buy/sell/trade leads, find motivation, sales ideas, new programs, lead opportunities? Our website offers you this and much more. If you own a website or wish to have one, it's included in the membership price. You simply can't go wrong by joining.

Agents who purchase leads: Our members receive 3 free leads and a $150 voucher from a prominent lead company. Leads can cost up to $40 each. Joining our member's section immediately saves you money should you join their lead program. It's a no brainer. In addition, there are now several other discounts offered.

Agents who use direct mail: We have a partnership with a program that offers a 10% discount for direct mail. Each time you utilize their program you can save at least $35.

Agents with websites: Many of you may be paying in excess of $40 per month for a website. Join our program and get a website for as little as $8 per month. Plus you get free marketing and access to the membership area. What are you offered with your current website?

Q.) Why should I share my lead ideas or programs?

The more ideas that are posted, the more opportunities there are for everyone including yourself. A single agent does not have all the answers and if you did, you would not be here. An idea could be a spark to another more effective lead source. You never know.

Here's a thought. What if we group agents who post the most ideas, leads, quality programs, etc. each year. Let's say the top 10 posters. We could allow them a private section for the group? A.) Approximately 8 years designing websites. However, this website is new November 2006.
